  1. Aloe Vera

Vitamin E in aloe vera provides skin nutrition, so that it can smooth and moisturize dry skin. Prepare 4-6 pieces of aloe vera. Peel and take the gel only. Use it as a scrub and let stand for 15 minutes then rinse with clean water.

The vitamins A, B6, C, E, water, and minerals in avocados can help smooth, soften, and moisturize the skin. Find an avocado, peel, and remove the seed. Blender it until smooth. Then use it as a scrub and let stand for 30 minutes to absorb into the skin then rinse with clean water.

The B vitamins, water, and minerals in rice can smooth and brighten the skin. Wash the rice until it clean and mash into a smooth paste. Add rose water and stir evenly. Use as a scrub and let stand until it dries and then rinse thoroughly.
