Besides being a staple food, rice also has benefits for skin beauty. Rice is also often used as the main ingredient in beauty products. Rice contains carbohydrates, protein, vitamins B, C, E and minerals. The content of these vitamins and minerals makes the skin look smooth, bright and radiant.

Rice, when combined with kunyit (turmeric), will produce an effective lulur (scrub) recipe. Turmeric contains antiseptics to prevent inflammation of the skin, prevent the skin from sun exposure and whiten the skin.

Can’t wait to try it, right? Let’s see the tutorial.

Ingredients:

  • 20 g rice flour
  • 2 ounces of turmeric
  • Enough water
  • enough rose water

How to make:

  2. Peel the turmeric and wash it clean, then grate it finely.
  3. Mix grated turmeric and mashed rice evenly.
  4. Dry the paste until it is completely dry.
  5. Once dry, store the lulur in a closed container.

It’s easy to use. Take enough lulur then add rose water. Stir and apply to the body evenly. Let stand a few moments to dry, then rinse with clean water. You can use this lulur regularly once a week for the best results.
