Rosemary is native a plant of mainland Asia and the Mediterranean. This herb plant is still is relatively unknown for most Indonesian, as it is only used in certain high-end restaurants for additional spices and for skin care in chic, also high-end, beauty parlors.
Rosemary contains vitamins A, C, B6, thiamin, folate, magnesium, calcium and iron which are good for our bodies. Rosemary also has antioxidant compounds for protecting the body from free radical attack. In addition, rosemary contains the essential compound 1,8-cineole as well. This 1,8-cineole compound is then widely used to produce aromatherapy from rosemary. As an aromatherapy ingredient, rosemary has extraordinary benefits to improve our memory.
The compound 1,8-cineole and antioxidants play an important role in sharpening memory. In addition, Moos also conducted research on children by dividing them into two groups.
