Sports do not always have to be done outdoor, particularly in a pandemic like this time. Your safest place to do your activities, including sports, is at home. Do your sports exercise regularly in the morning or evening.

For a start, you should focus on one type of exercise first. This needs to be done to improve your fitness, strength, and flexibility.
