ingredients:

  • 250 g of freshly peeled asam Jawa
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 2000 ml water

How to make:

  1. Boil water and tamarind.
  2. Remove then cool until the asam
  3. Squeeze the asam until the seeds are left behind, then strain the juice.
  4. Mix the asam Jawa juice with sugar then boil again.
  5. Cool down and serve cold with ice.
