Back pain is often experienced by people age 30 years and above. Most people think that most sufferers are men. In fact, it is women who are most often affected by this health problem due to bacteria or infection in the reproductive system.

Apart from the reasons previously mentioned, there are other factors that can increase a person’s chances of developing back pain, including:
- excess weight
- Lack of exercise
- Spinal cord disorders
- Pregnancy period
- Other organ disorders

- 40 g temulawak (Java ginger, Curcuma zanthorrhiza )
- 20 g Turmeric
- 200 g daun kumis kucing/kidney tea plant (Orthosiphon aristatus)
- 1 lt water
How to make
- Peel the ginger and turmeric, wash and cut into small pieces.
- Boil all ingredients
- Cool and strain the cooking water into a glass.
- Consume 3 times a day.
