Kelor Leaves Clear Soup to Boost Breast Milk Production

Unproductive breastmilk is a problem often experienced by many new mothers. There are various ways to overcome the problem, from creating a comfortable and happy mood, to have support from your partner and family, up to consuming certain milk-boosting foods.

 

 

So far, katuk (Sauropus androgynus, also known as star gooseberry or sweet leave) probably is the most quoted breast milk booster plant. In fact, there are other plants that also has the properties. You can also take advantage of the kelor (Moringa oleifera, also known as drumstick tree, moringa, or horseradish tree) to help accelerate milk production. Not only increases milk production, even kelor also improves the quality of breast milk. Furthermore, the various ingredients in kelor leaves (read: Kelor, The Miracle Plant) help to smooth out the breast milk production.

For the purpose, you may make a kelor leaves clear soup. It’s easy, just follow the steps below.

 

Ingredients:

  • 10-15 kelor leaves
  • Sweet corn, combed
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Finger root or basil leaves, as needed
  • Salt, as needed
  • Sugar, as needed
  • Water, as needed

How to make

  1. Boil water.
  2. Put in sweet corn (boil until soft).
  3. Put in finger root, shallots, garlic, salt, and sugar.
  4. Add the kelor
  5. Further cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Enjoy while it hot.
