Education Trough Recreation at B2P2TOOT

A visit to the Tawangmangu B2P2TOOT Scientific Tour is open to all,  students or the general public. B2P2TOOT is open every Monday to Friday, from 08.00 – 16.00 WIB. For now, B2P2TOOT does not accept visits on Saturdays and Sundays, but it is being prepared so that in the future you can visit the place in those days.

Even though it is open to the public, tourists who want to travel must provide information to B2P2TOOT in advance. You can mail or contacting the number (0271) 697010/081327476579. This requirement is needed because B2P2TOOT wants to provide the best possible service. If visitors do not provide information in advance, it is feared that there will be no guide accompanying them so that the information received by visitors will be incorrect or incomplete.

Integrated Labs

You can visit one of several spots in Tawangmangu Medicinal Plants scientific tour, such as the Medicinal Plant Showcase, Kalisoro and Karangpandan Herbal Raw Material Production Gardens, Greenhouses, Nursery Houses, Tlogodlingo Subtropic and Aromatic Gardens, Post-Harvest Building, Integrated Laboratory, Library, Herbal Museum Nusantara and Indonesian Traditional Medicine, and the Science and Technology Training Building for Medicinal Plants and Herbs.

Medicinal Plants Showcase

Because it is a research and research facility, when visiting B2P2TOOT there are a number of provisions that must be obeyed, such as the following:

• Sending a notification letter stating the day, date, time, and number of visiting participants as well as contact persons who can be contacted.
• Using DSLR, mirrorless, camcorders and other recording devices is prohibited without permission from B2P2TOOT (by applying for permission in advance).
• It is forbidden to pick and destroy medicinal plants during the visit.
• Obey the rules that have been made and be disciplined for visiting times.
• Guests are not expected to bring the vandel for visits.
• If visitors arrive at the location at 10.30 the activity will be directed to the field (not to the fitomedika cinema room). If visitors arrive at 11.00 WIB the activity will be postponed at 13.00 WIB.
