Motion sickness is the nauseous, dizzy, and weak feelings when riding in a vehicle. This condition is usually triggered by an unpleasant sharp odor such as the smell of cigarettes, diesel, car perfume or due to unstable vehicle movements. In addition, it could also be due to worry and anxiety during the trip.

Motion sickness can be minimized in several ways, including by not leaving the stomach empty when starting a trip and choosing a seat with most fresh air. One more thing, you drink warm ginger tea before traveling to avoid motion sickness.

It doesn’t take a long time to make warm ginger tea, just do the following steps.


  • 2 rhizomes of ginger
  • Sugar
  • Enough hot water

How to make:

  1. Peel, wash, and bruise ginger.
  2. Add enough hot water and a little sugar.
  3. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Drink while still warm.

That’s the traditional way to deal with nausea from motion sickness. If it is not possible to make a warm ginger tea before traveling, you can take ginger candy to help relieve nausea from motion sickness.
