Most of us think arthritis is a degenerative disease that only affects the elderly. In fact, all age groups can suffer from arthritis.

Arthritis is caused by several things, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, Reiter’s syndrome, septic arthritis, and gouty arthritis.   3. Perform physiotherapy to strengthen the muscles around the joints and improve mobility.

  • 3 g fennel seeds
  • 5 g leaves of kumis kucing/kidney tea plant (Orthosiphon aristatus)

  • 15 gr turmeric

How to Make

  1. Boil water in a stainless container.
  2. Put all the ingredients, wait up to 15 minutes.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Strain into a glass.
  5. Drink 3 times a day.
