Materials and utensils:

  • Rosemary leaves
  • Water Spray bottle Pot/Sauce

How to make:

  1. Find a small pot, water, and rosemary leaves.
  2. Fill the pot with water.
  3. Add a few sprigs of rosemary.
  4. If you want to add other ingredients, you can add 1-2 slices of lemon or a teaspoon of vanilla.
  5. Boil over low heat.
  6. Wait until the rosemary gives of its pleasant and fresh smell, it’s a sign that your aromatherapy is ready.
  7. Pour into a spray bottle and spray the room.

Rosemary tea can overcome health problems, such as curing prostate, lowering cholesterol, detoxifying liver and gallbladder function, reducing muscle pain, calming digestion and curing neuropathy and neuralgia.
