  1. Irregular menstruation, even there is no menstruation at all.

To get rid of or reduce the discomfort, women who are starting to enter old age can take certain drugs or consume traditional jamu. Women who are in the process of menopause can consume soy to reduce complaints that occur. Isoflavones in soy can mimic the role of the female hormone estrogen which serves to reduce the risk of emotional disturbances and discomfort in the body.

In addition to soybeans, natural ingredients that have the same efficacy to overcome complaints during the menopause process are ginger, turmeric, and temu giring (Curcuma heyneana). These three types of rhizomes can keep blood flow smoothly, as antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and soften the skin. In addition, ginger can also overcome the problem of senility when combined with pegagan (gotu kola) and tapak liman/elephant’s foot (Elephantopus scaber).

What are the benefits of ginger, pegagan, and tapak liman for elderly women? Ginger plays a role in improving blood flow to all organs of the body. Pegagan plays a role in improving the brain’s circulatory system for better nutrient circulation and improving cognitive function and memory. While the role of tapak liman to increase hemoglobin levels in old age.

However, before consuming some of the combinations of rhizomes and herbs above, there is nothing wrong if you consult your doctor first. This needs to be done to determine the state of your body’s health and reduce the side effects that may arise when consuming those ingredients.
