Now we move to the third recipe for increasing breast milk production, namely sambal goreng daun katuk dan hati ayam (fried sambal katuk leaves and chicken liver). This food condiment is usually cooked with potatoes, beans, tempeh, and tofu. It also has many other variations. Spicy dishes or not, when enjoyed with the whole family, it will taste better, especially for the baby’s growth and development.

Here’s how to make it.
Ingredients:
- 100 g leaves of katuk (Sauropus androgynus, also known as star gooseberry or sweet leave)
- 200 g chicken liver (boiled and cut into pieces)
- 1 labu siam/chayote (diced)
- 3 red chilies (discarded the seeds and slices)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Lemongrass to taste
- Salt to taste
- 300 ml coconut milk
Ground spices:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 7 shallots
- 3 candlenuts
- 1 cm terasi/shrimp paste
How to make:
- Sauté the mashed spices until fragrant
- Put in the chicken liver, mix well
- Put in the red chilies, lemongrass, bay leaves and galangal
- Put in the chayote
- Put in the katuk leaves
- Pour in the coconut milk, stir until it boils
- Put in the brown sugar, wait until cooked
- The sambal goreng daun katuk dan hati ayam is ready
