Bunga Telang Series (3): Here's How to grow Telang at Home!

Along with its lovely looks, this blue bunga telang is also good for our health. For this reason, telang are very suitable to grow in your garden as ornamental and herbal plants. It is easy to grow the flower, just follow these following 4 steps.

First, choose quality bunga telang seeds and soak for 3-5 minutes. If any seeds float gets rid of them. After that, soak again for 12 hours to stop the dormancy process, so that it is easy to sprout.
Second, remove the seeds and let stand at normal temperature. Prepare a polybag as a place to plant, humid soil (planting media), and fertilizer. Mix the two-last mentioned with a ratio of 2: 1, then put in a polybag.

Third, water the plants until the seeds sprout and become seedlings about 5cm high. Usually, the seeds will appear after 1-2 weeks after sowing. Leave it for 5 weeks and the telang seedlings will sprout into seeds that are ready for planting.
Fourth, get wooden pole and stick them in the poly bags as the telang growing stands. Do regular watering 2 times a day and fertilize every 2-3 weeks. Don’t forget to prune plants, to keep the them clean.
Around 49-73 days later you may see the flowers began to fully blooming. That’s the time to harvest them.
